My husband and I absolutley loved Brian, John, and the rest of the team. Every Piano Artisans was helpful and attentive to our needs.

Brian came out and gave us an education on our piano before we decided to move forward with a restoration.  He provided so much information on his visit I believe he was here for almost 2 hours. Really Awesome!

We ended up choosing Piano Artisans to restore our Steinway Model M piano, our family heirloom. It was a great decision.

They paid attention to every detail and aspect of the piano, when they were done, WOW, it was perfect.

The finish we choose was a red mahogany with a satin brushed sheen. They restrung the piano, repainted the gold plate, and restored the action, hammers, etc.

I have been playing the piano classically for over 22 years and when the piano arrived it was perfect, great touch and a pleasure to play, well at least until it went out of tune, which was normal. So we scheduled our tuning and the piano is perfect again.
